About Scott:
A little about me, I was born and raised in Stockton, CA. After high school enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served 6 years in a variety of locales. Upon fulfilling my obligation in the USMC, I finished my Bachelors at California State University Stanislaus and began working in Public Planning and Transportation.
I’ve held positions in both public and private sectors, ranging from Policy Analysis and Planning on the public side to business development on the private side.
I've been a lifelong cyclist and other hobbies include all manner of two wheels including motorcycles. Other activities include running, golf and other leisurely activities with friends and family.
Upon meeting my wife who is a Columbia native Mizzou graduate and the birth of our son, we decided to move back to Columbia to begin our new chapter.
I have managed the family business of rentals homes and duplexes. I have helped many families relocate to Columbia and establish roots as we did.
I will provide the highest degree of service to those looking to buy, sell, or relocate in this amazing location.

About Sean:
I started my career in the construction industry in 1996 and since 2008 I have been general
contracting for both residential and commercial clients. I relocated to Columbia in 2011 and
began building in Westlawn, Lake Woodrail and Country Club of Missouri subdivisions as well
as others in Columbia, Boonville, Ashland, Jefferson City and surrounding communities in
central Missouri. I have completed both remodel and new construction of retail, professional
offices, triple net tenant finish and investment properties to name a few. Needless to say, I have
enjoyed developing quality relationships over the years and have learned a great deal about
how to work through difficult life changes and situations. Communicating with clients to
understand their why has always served me well and I love the quote, “that we were born with
two ears and one mouth for a reason”.
In 2018 I opened Cooper’s Ridge Event Venue in Boonville. While the majority of our events
are currently weddings, we also host corporate events, fundraisers and a variety of unique
events that are open to the public. After building processes and teams, coaching employees,
planning and executing events to accomplish over a 90% sales close rate and an excellent
client rating on google, we were also able to pivot and maintain our business through the
pandemic while growing sales above and beyond our goals into 2022.
Working with clients to plan, execute and problem solve through real estate projects, purchases
and transitions has proven to be my wheelhouse. As I have moved over to the real estate sales
side of the industry, I bring not only 25 years of construction experience but over 15 years of
sales and marketing, contract negotiation, accounting, due diligence and consulting work.
I will continue to serve my clients and lead them toward well-qualified decisions through the ever
changing real estate market.
